Finance Manager – Remote, $100k/year

About the role

Lead global finance operations for Trilogy while staying hands‑on with core accounting tasks. You will oversee a team of Senior Accountants, ensure accuracy of invoices, payments and reconciliations, and drive continuous improvement through AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Keep finance operations flowing by prioritising work across the team based on deadlines, business impact and financial risk.
• Inspect dashboards, invoices, payments and reconciliations to verify accuracy and timeliness.
• Diagnose root‑cause failures – data, system configuration, accounting treatment or process execution – and produce evidence‑based coaching.
• Identify and implement AI, LLM and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve speed.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and a professional qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience with at least five Big 4 audits, either as auditor or client.
• Background in a $100M+ organization with hands‑on AP, AR, bank reconciliations and revenue allocation.
• People‑management experience for finance professionals and ability to work US business hours.

Required skills

• AI and large‑language‑model (LLM) integration into finance workflows.
• Automation platforms such as n8n, Lovable or Claude Code.
• Strong technical accounting expertise across AP, AR, reconciliations and allocations.
