Finance Treasury Manager

About the role

The Finance Treasury Manager will oversee the organization’s treasury portfolio, ensuring adequate liquidity and effective cash‑flow management. The role includes maintaining relationships with banks and investment firms, supervising financial reporting, and guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards. The manager will also lead a team that supports accounting functions and provides financial analysis for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage treasury portfolio, liquidity and cash‑flow requirements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with banks, investment companies and other financial partners.
• Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance policies.
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for accounting support functions.
• Contribute to financial analysis and reporting for senior management.

Required profile

• MBA (Finance) or ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification; CFA candidates preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in treasury, investments, cash management and financial reporting.
