Financial Analyst – Development Reporting

About the role

This position consolidates development‑related financial data, performs reconciliations and variance analyses, and prepares monthly and quarterly reports that support strategic decision‑making. The analyst works closely with finance, accounting, design & construction, and asset‑management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Improve cash‑flow forecasting systems and collect Oracle EPM data from joint‑venture partners.
• Reconcile development data with financial and operational records.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance drivers.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly development reports by site, market, and region.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, accounting, DE&C, asset managers) to validate data and gather insights.
• Enhance reporting processes using advanced tools and automation.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, development reporting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience with Oracle EPM.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Ability to create presentations in PowerPoint.
