Financial Analyst – Financial Modelling & MIS

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst specialized in financial modelling and MIS to support strategic decision‑making. You will develop robust models, create management dashboards, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, CAPEX, debt and valuation.
• Prepare financial projections and forecasts for group companies, new ventures and strategic initiatives.
• Design and maintain MIS dashboards, management reports and performance‑tracking tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis using NPV, IRR, ROI and cash‑flow techniques.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses on revenue, margins, exchange rates, financing costs, taxes, CAPEX and working capital.
• Validate business assumptions and translate them into reliable model drivers.
• Collaborate with Costing, Sales, Operations and Finance teams to gather cost and margin data.
• Prepare schedules, analyses and presentations for business plans, investment proposals and board meetings.
• Monitor and report key financial and operational KPIs across business units.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in reporting and MIS.

Required profile

• CA Finalist, ACCA, ACMA, MBA Finance, CFA candidate or equivalent finance qualification.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, corporate finance or MIS reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, trading or diversified business groups is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques and investment analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial models, Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Financial modelling and forecasting expertise.
