Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

This high‑visibility position strengthens the finance team’s reporting, forecasting and analytics capabilities across the Xenel Group. The manager partners directly with senior leadership to turn financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Head Office financial performance reports and consolidate group company data into quarterly performance reports with insightful analysis.
• Assist senior management in drafting the Annual Board Report and AGM Report.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for senior leadership and automate recurring reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with the finance team to drive automation across reporting and operational processes.
• Prepare short‑term and medium‑term cash‑flow forecasts for Head Office operations.
• Support senior management with business analysis, project feasibility studies and ad‑hoc decision support.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional (CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) or MBA from a top‑ranking institution.
• 6–8 years of post‑qualification experience in management reporting, FP&A or business analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ownership.
