Financial Sales Consultant

About the role

The Financial Sales Consultant will work on-site in Karachi, identifying prospective clients and guiding them through the full sales cycle for takaful and financial solutions. This full‑time position focuses on building lasting client relationships while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients, conduct meetings to assess financial needs.
• Present and recommend suitable protection, investment and retirement plans.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact to policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and portfolio details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client service.
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning, retirement planning and investment concepts.
• Robust analytical ability to interpret client data and structure suitable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and presenting complex information.
• Proven sales or business development experience in financial services; insurance or takaful experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; relevant certifications are beneficial.
