Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who bridges engineering, AI, product, and enterprise customers. You will work directly with customers to understand complex problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver production‑grade AI‑enabled applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate ambiguous requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy production‑grade applications and AI‑powered workflows, integrating LLMs, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts quickly, then move them to full production and support adoption.
• Create reusable frameworks, integrations, and accelerators to reduce future deployment time.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of professional software, solutions, or implementation engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort working with ambiguous requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and senior business audiences.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or stakeholders.

Required skills

• Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go.
• AI/LLM technologies: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LLM APIs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, modern deployment practices.
• Enterprise integrations: Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft, Jira, GitHub.
• Fundamentals: APIs, databases, microservices, distributed systems, authentication.
