Founder's Associate

About the role

Melbrew Coffee is looking for a proactive, analytical and ambitious Founder's Associate to work directly with the CEO on business operations, strategic initiatives and company growth. The role involves supporting key projects, coordinating with different teams, tracking business performance and helping ensure priorities are executed effectively. It goes beyond a traditional administrative role.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO with daily priorities, business planning, meetings and key decisions.
• Track important tasks, follow up with teams and ensure projects move forward on time.
• Coordinate across departments to improve efficiency and solve operational challenges.
• Help plan and execute business initiatives, new projects and growth opportunities.
• Maintain reports, monitor key metrics and keep the CEO updated on business performance.
• Identify gaps in existing workflows and recommend practical improvements.
• Communicate with internal teams, external partners and other stakeholders.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, follow-ups and important communications when needed.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, project coordination or a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
• Willingness to take on different responsibilities and solve problems beyond a defined job description.
