About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact at our Islamabad clinic. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, answer phone calls and manage visitor flow.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic’s booking system.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Manage office equipment and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Support administrative tasks to keep daily operations running efficiently.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience in receptionist or similar client‑facing roles.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team‑oriented environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic computer software.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools.
