Full Stack Engineer (DevOps Focus) – Remote

About the role

We are a fast‑moving early‑stage company building AI applications and need a Full Stack Engineer with a strong DevOps focus. The role is fully remote and split evenly between developing new features and maintaining existing production systems. You will work autonomously in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features (frontend and backend) for AI‑driven products.
• Own the DevOps lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform, including scaling and reliability as usage grows.
• Balance new development work with ongoing maintenance of live services.
• Propose ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape the technical direction.
• Take full ownership from day one and work independently.
• Collaborate closely with a small, high‑trust team that moves quickly.

Required profile

• Can‑do, no‑excuses attitude with a bias toward action.
• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong Python skills with hands‑on experience in Django or Flask.
• Solid JavaScript experience and familiarity with a modern frontend framework.
• Practical DevOps experience on Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience scaling and managing AI applications in production.
• Previous startup or early‑stage company experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity.
