Fundraising & Investor Relations Partner for Marketplace

About the role

ProHomez.com is seeking a fundraising professional to lead investor outreach, build strategic capital partnerships, and manage the end‑to‑end fundraising process for its marketplace platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a fundraising strategy targeting angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices and strategic investors in Pakistan and internationally.
• Leverage existing relationships to secure warm introductions and build a targeted investor pipeline.
• Refine the fundraising narrative, investment proposition, business model, growth strategy and use‑of‑funds plan.
• Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence, data‑room preparation and follow‑up communications.
• Advise on milestones, valuation considerations and investment structures while maintaining transparent reporting.
• Identify accelerators, investor networks, startup programs, grants and strategic funding opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, angel investing or investor relations.
• Verifiable network of relevant investors, preferably with a track record of pre‑seed or seed‑stage raises.
• Strong understanding of technology‑enabled marketplaces, real‑estate tech, e‑commerce or related business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in an early‑stage startup environment.
• Experience with investors in Pakistan, GCC, the UK, the USA or other international markets is a plus.
