About the role

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer‑focused Furniture Salesperson to join our showroom team. You will help customers choose furniture that matches their style, space, and budget while delivering excellent service and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their furniture needs.
• Explain product features, dimensions, pricing, warranties, and care instructions.
• Recommend suitable furniture and décor based on preferences and budgets.
• Provide accurate quotations and process sales orders and payments.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after‑sales support.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and organized showroom displays.
• Stay informed about promotions, inventory, and new products.
• Meet individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely fulfillment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or furniture sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Confident negotiation and sales‑closing abilities.
• Basic computer and point‑of‑sale system knowledge.
• Ability to understand furniture measurements, materials, and styles.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
