Google Ads Specialist

About the role

WeProms Marketing Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Lahore. You will plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping and Performance Max to generate high‑quality leads and maximise ROI for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Manage bidding strategies, budgets and audience targeting.
• Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with Google’s latest advertising features and best practices.
• Collaborate with SEO, design and content teams to enhance campaign results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
• Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing and eCommerce or lead‑generation campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
