Graduate Trainee - Business Operations & Marketing

About the role

The Olive Media is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join its Business Operations & Marketing graduate trainee programme. This is an entry-level, full-time telecommute role where you will learn how a business operates and grow with the company. Extensive previous experience is not required; the employer values attitude, responsibility, punctuality, willingness to learn and the ability to take ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate business records
• Learn the business processes, products and day-to-day operations
• Assist the team with routine operational tasks
• Learn and support advertising and marketing activities
• Communicate with team members and follow up on assigned work
• Prepare basic reports and updates
• As you gain experience, take more responsibility, work independently and eventually help manage and guide other team members handling data-entry and operational work

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Responsible, punctual, honest and dependable
• Positive and professional attitude, quick learner
• Comfortable starting with basic operational and data-entry work
• Interested in learning advertising, marketing and business operations
• Previous experience is not required; relevant internships, freelance work, marketing exposure or extracurricular activities are a plus
