Virtual Assistant - Guest Operations (Short-Term Rentals)

About the role

A short-term rental management company with up to 20 properties across London is looking for an experienced, full-time remote Virtual Assistant to join its guest operations team. The role is remote, working 12pm to 8pm UK time, with a 6-month probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Guest communications: handle enquiries, bookings, check-in and check-out coordination and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Cleaner coordination: schedule and liaise with the cleaning team so turnovers run smoothly between guests.
• Calendar management: keep bookings, availability and blocks accurate and in sync across all channels.
• Listing optimisation: improve listing content, pricing and visibility to maximise bookings and revenue.
• Review management: monitor and respond to guest reviews to protect and build the reputation.
• General customer service: act as the first point of contact for guests and resolve day-to-day issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar guest operations, property management or virtual assistant role.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Able to work 12pm to 8pm UK time, full-time.
• Reliable own laptop and internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with a Property Management System (PMS); Zeevou preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using PriceLabs, Airbnb host tools and the Booking.com extranet.
• Available on WhatsApp for day-to-day communication.
