Graphic Designer (Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You will translate marketing objectives into compelling visual assets for both digital and print channels while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as social media creatives, email banners, brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
• Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, content writers, and stakeholders to support initiatives.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and channels while maintaining visual consistency.
• Manage multiple design requests, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Organise and maintain design files and creative assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to accept and implement feedback constructively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Canva for quick‑turn marketing assets.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar work‑management tools (preferred).
