About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our Meta advertising ecosystem and WhatsApp‑based conversion funnel. You will be responsible for the full growth loop, from ad strategy and creative testing to lead qualification and sales conversion, driving revenue for our educational and personal‑development programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across cold, warm and retargeting audiences.
  • Test creatives, messaging angles and hooks to improve lead quality, not just cost‑per‑lead.
  • Design and refine WhatsApp lead journeys, building structured qualification systems and improving scripts and response flows.
  • Analyse full‑funnel performance (ad → click → WhatsApp → sale) to identify drop‑offs and increase conversion rates.
  • Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools, ensuring data accuracy across the funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing quality with closing performance and incorporate feedback into targeting and messaging.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Meta Ads, performance marketing or growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of full‑funnel dynamics and lead‑to‑sale conversion.
  • Experience with lead‑generation campaigns; WhatsApp funnel experience is a strong plus.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and implement improvements.
  • Interest in working with sales feedback and taking ownership of results.
