Head General Services Division – O & S Group

About the role

Bank of Khyber is hiring a Divisional Head for its General Services Division (O & S Group) based in Peshawar. The role is accountable for the reliable, safe and cost-effective operation of the Bank's physical infrastructure, real estate, general services and administrative support, with measurable service standards and compliance with laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy, governance and service standards: formulate, implement and review the division's strategy, annual operating plan, budget and service priorities in line with the Bank's vision and network needs.
• Real estate, premises and infrastructure: oversee the real estate portfolio, including site assessments, lease acquisitions and renewals, rent negotiations, landlord relations and lease documentation for branches and offices.
• Procurement, tendering and vendor management: ensure fair, transparent and competitive procurement and tendering, and set up vendor due diligence, onboarding, performance evaluation, service review and risk monitoring.
• Fixed assets and cost management: ensure accurate recording, tagging, custody, movement tracking, physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets with Finance and business units.
• Health, safety, security and business continuity: ensure premises meet occupational health and safety, fire-safety, building code and municipal law requirements.
• Administrative and corporate support: establish service-request channels, ownership and escalation timelines for stakeholder requests and complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum graduation; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in administrative or social sciences or a related discipline, or an equivalent HEC-recognized degree, is preferred.
• Preference for 15-20 years of total experience, at least 10 years in a bank, and 5-7 years as a Divisional Head or higher in the same category.
• Grade SVP-I to EVP-I.
