Head of Finance

About the role

Bore and Bore Private Limited (BNB) is seeking a strategic finance leader to head its Finance function. The role will shape the financial future of a fast‑growing drilling and construction firm, ensuring excellence, compliance and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term financial strategies, forecasts and capital allocation plans.
• Lead budgeting cycles, perform detailed variance analysis and optimise month‑end / year‑end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and manage multi‑entity, multi‑currency consolidations.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, financial controls, risk mitigation and compliance with statutory, tax and corporate‑governance requirements.
• Support strategic decisions through CapEx planning, ROI analysis and financial insights.
• Mentor, scale and lead the Finance & Accounts team.

Required profile

• 15–25 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, compliance or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Finance, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Background in Pakistan audit firms, national‑level companies, banking sector or compliance & audit functions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and ability to drive process improvements.
