Head of Key Accounts

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a dynamic Head of Key Accounts to lead the strategy and growth of one of its largest national customers. This senior position blends strategic account planning, negotiation, and team leadership to drive sales, profit and market share across all product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward‑looking customer strategy that maximises sales, profit and trade negotiations.
• Own the P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Recruit, coach and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative, results‑driven culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of ecosystem partners.
• Leverage data from multiple sources to create compelling business narratives and guide strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven success in national account sales within FMCG, consumer goods or premium brands.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and complex, high‑value accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with a track record of nurturing multi‑level trade relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate diverse teams and drive results.
