Head of Pricing & Margin

About the role

Eila Solutions is seeking a senior pricing leader for its FinTech client to own pricing strategy, transaction margins and pricing governance across the organization. The role will drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with consumer protection and conduct requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own take rate, revenue per transaction and pricing margins across corridors.
• Develop and govern the pricing rulebook, including margin floors, tolerance bands and promotional pricing.
• Lead corridor pricing managers, pricing operations and analysts.
• Manage pricing and rate‑automation platforms, approval controls and pricing processes.
• Monitor competitor pricing and optimise pricing based on transaction economics, costs, FX, fees and profitability.
• Lead pricing experiments and controlled tests to improve revenue and margins.
• Establish pricing governance forums and provide daily pricing intelligence to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years in pricing/revenue management within FinTech, payments, remittance, FX or similar high‑volume transaction businesses.
• Minimum 3 years in a dedicated pricing/revenue leadership role.
• Quantitative degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis (preferred).
