Head of Reporting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Reporting to lead the financial and regulatory reporting function for a multinational client. The role oversees the production of accurate management accounts, board packs, KPI dashboards and regulatory submissions across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external financial reporting for all client mandates.
• Manage regulatory submissions for DIFC, ADGM, FCA, MAS and other jurisdictions.
• Design and deliver monthly management accounts, board packs and KPI dashboards.
• Lead group consolidation across multiple jurisdictions ensuring zero reconciliation gaps.
• Identify and implement automation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with external auditors and support internal audit reviews.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing reporting team.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA or CFA (mandatory).
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, including at least 3 years in a senior reporting leadership role.
• Deep expertise in IFRS and group consolidation.
• Knowledge of multi‑jurisdictional regulatory frameworks (DIFC, ADGM, FCA, MAS).
