HR Executive

About the role

Siegwerk is seeking an HR Executive to support its growing operations in Karachi. You will play a key part in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records and day‑to‑day HR activities while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS and related documentation.
• Assist with performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Pakistani labor laws.
• Organise training sessions, inductions and other HR activities.
• Handle employee queries and support employee‑relations matters.
• Support attendance, leave management and payroll coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and provide data for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.
• Strong coordination and organisational abilities.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and local labour legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR systems/HRIS.
