HR Executive

About the role

Onhelpbpo is seeking a motivated HR Executive to join its Rawalpindi office. This full‑time, on‑site position will support day‑to‑day HR operations, employee relations and recruitment for both local and international roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, headhunting and onboarding for local positions and overseas assignments (UAE/Global).
• Maintain accurate employee records, oversee attendance and leave systems, and handle routine HR administrative tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff, driving engagement initiatives and resolving workplace issues.
• Implement and enforce company policies while ensuring 100% compliance with Pakistani labor laws and relevant statutory standards.
• Support senior leadership in strategic HR planning and promote a positive, growth‑oriented work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of core HR experience; experience in real‑estate or corporate environments is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to HR challenges.
• Good understanding of local labor laws and willingness to learn international compliance requirements.
