HR Executive

About the role

Cybernet is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join its Human Capital Management team in Karachi. The role will support end‑to‑end talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning, HR operations and compliance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including pre‑boarding, documentation, orientation and benefits enrollment.
• Act as trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee concerns, policy guidance and investigations.
• Support performance appraisal cycles, collect data, and assist managers with training needs and improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensure data confidentiality and compliance with labour laws.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies, monitor legal compliance and prepare HR analytics on headcount, turnover and engagement.
• Administer benefits programs, respond to compensation queries and coordinate payroll with Finance.
• Track HR metrics, maintain dashboards and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.

Required skills

• HRIS (experience with HR information systems).
