HR Executive

About the role

Cybernet is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented HR Executive to join its Human Capital Management (HCM) team in Karachi. The role covers talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR operations and compliance. It is a full-time, onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition and onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, initial interviews), oversee onboarding, preboarding, documentation, orientation and benefits enrollment, and run structured onboarding programs.
• Employee relations: act as a trusted advisor, handle employee concerns confidentially, guide employees on HR policies and investigate grievances and disputes.
• Performance management and L&D: assist in appraisals, help managers identify training needs and maintain training records.
• HR operations and compliance: keep employee records accurate in the HRIS, help develop HR policies, monitor compliance with local labour laws and prepare headcount, turnover and engagement reports.
• Benefits and payroll support: administer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans and leave, answer employee queries and coordinate payroll with the Payroll and Finance teams.
• Analytics and reporting: track recruitment efficiency, engagement and retention metrics, maintain HR dashboards and support workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management, employee relations or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and employee relations.
• Ability to analyse HR data and report, with good communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
