HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & People Operations

About the role

Lapidary Software & Design is seeking an HR Executive to build and run its people function. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top creative talent to managing onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment, including headhunting and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn DMs.
• Align interview schedules, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate experience.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate HR records, spreadsheets, and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of HR experience, specifically within a design agency.
• Proven ability to headhunt through LinkedIn outreach rather than passive job postings.
• Comfortable independently scheduling, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and a track record of organized record‑keeping.
• Solid understanding of onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Relevant bachelor's degree.
