About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our night‑shift operations in Rawalpindi. In this position you will act as the backbone of the HR function, shaping culture, streamlining recruitment, and driving performance initiatives during the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Foster a positive, conflict‑free workplace through proactive employee‑relations activities.
- Oversee HR operations such as compliance, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Design and deliver training programs and performance‑management strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an HR Manager role.
