HR Manager - Recruitment, Compliance & Employee Relations

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee‑relations functions. The role is focused on building a motivated workforce while collaborating with multiple departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Administer payroll and HR operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop, implement and update HR policies, procedures and SOPs to meet legal and industry standards.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and oversee performance‑management systems.
• Maintain HR compliance through accurate record‑keeping and documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve employee‑relations issues.
• Utilise MS Excel and HRIS tools for data reporting and decision‑making.
• Contribute to strategic HR planning to support organisational growth.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in the real‑estate or construction sector is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• No direct team‑management responsibilities required.
