Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Global HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders across Edge’s worldwide organization. The role focuses on performance management, organizational effectiveness and employee development throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Edge’s end‑to‑end performance management framework, including goal setting, check‑ins, reviews, calibration and development planning.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, providing data‑driven recommendations on structure, talent, engagement and retention.
• Support managers on employee relations, difficult conversations and performance improvement, and identify trends through people analytics.
• Design and implement global people programs that operate consistently across multiple countries while respecting local requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
• Proven experience designing and managing performance management programs, including 360‑degree feedback and continuous performance cycles.
• Strong ability to coach managers, influence senior leaders and balance employee advocacy with business needs.
• Excellent written and spoken English and comfort working across diverse cultures and time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS and people analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of OKRs, KPIs, competency frameworks and talent review processes.
