About the role

Marama Consultant is an immigration services firm that guides individuals and families through visa applications, documentation, legal guidance and settlement assistance. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant in Karachi who advises clients on immigration options, eligibility and documentation for various visa categories and destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on immigration options, eligibility requirements and documentation for different visa categories and global destinations.
• Prepare and review application forms and compile supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration laws and policies.
• Conduct client interviews, maintain case files and monitor application progress.
• Communicate updates to clients clearly and promptly.
• Coordinate with legal and regulatory authorities when necessary and research changes in immigration regulations.
• Contribute to internal best practices and client service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting or legal services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage several cases and deadlines at once.
• Customer-focused, empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to clients.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration frameworks, able to interpret and apply regulations to individual cases.
• Hands-on experience with visas, including application preparation, documentation review and process tracking.
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulatory requirements, with the ability to spot compliance risks and recommend actions.
• Consulting skills: client needs assessment, solution-focused advice and clear communication of complex pathways.
• Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
