Inbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a proactive Inbound Sales Development Representative to manage incoming sales inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads within defined service level agreements.
• Conduct initial outreach via personalized email, phone, and SMS, and schedule qualified meetings using HubSpot Meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records by logging activities, notes, and lead dispositions in HubSpot.
• Nurture cold leads through follow‑up cadences or hand‑off to marketing.
• Monitor website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff and calendar alignment.
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and recurring patterns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar inbound SDR or sales qualification role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, persuasive and concise.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot CRM and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with email outreach, calendar scheduling platforms, and SMS tools.
• Comfort with phone outreach and handling prospect objections.
