Inbound Telesales Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

The Sales Agent – Inbound Telecom handles inbound customer calls, identifies customer needs, explains telecom products and services accurately and converts enquiries into sales using ethical cross-selling and upselling. The role is on-site, night shift (8 PM to 5 AM), with a stated compensation of PKR 80,000 and requires 1-2 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls professionally, understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom products, plans and value-added services.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Explain pricing, promotions, service agreements and terms accurately; document interactions in the CRM.
• Resolve customer queries within the scope of authority, protect confidential data and comply with client requirements, internal SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, attend training, coaching, calibrations and product briefings, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of inbound or outbound sales experience; experience in inbound telecom campaigns is an advantage.
• Intermediate or bachelor's degree preferred; fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may be considered.
• Ability to handle night shifts in an office-based, target-driven environment.
