Industrial & Commercial Painter

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial & Commercial Painter to join our technical team at DADA Groups – Water Tech & Chem (Pvt.) Ltd. The role involves performing high-quality spray painting on plant structures, tanks and equipment across factory and site locations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute industrial and commercial painting tasks at factories and on‑site locations.
• Perform spray painting on reverse‑osmosis (RO) plant structures, tanks, and equipment.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and applying primers.
• Maintain high standards of paint finish and coating quality.
• Follow safety procedures, especially when working at heights or in industrial environments.
• Maintain tools, equipment and painting materials in good condition.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and coordinate with supervisors and team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in industrial painting.
• Proven experience with spray painting of industrial structures and equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and in factory/site environments.
• Physically fit and able to meet job demands.
• Punctual, disciplined and responsible.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety practices and use of protective equipment.
