Intake Coordinator

About the role

Muzy & Meraris LLP, a full-service law firm in Lahore covering immigration, corporate and M&A, taxation, banking and finance, dispute resolution, real estate and cross-border transactions, is hiring an Intake Coordinator. This is a full-time, on-site role acting as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries and gather initial case information
• Schedule consultations and document client details in case management systems
• Assess the nature and urgency of matters and verify relevant documents
• Coordinate with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth handover of cases
• Maintain up-to-date records and follow up with clients on missing information
• Support process improvements for intake workflows

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills for diverse clients and internal teams
• Client-centered mindset, professional demeanor and collaborative attitude in a law firm
• Relevant experience in a legal, healthcare or professional services setting preferred
• Fluency in English and Urdu is an advantage

Required skills

• Case management: accurate data entry, file organization and follow-up tracking
• Office productivity software and case management tools, with quick learning of new systems
• Attention to detail, time management and organization
• Medical terminology knowledge where relevant to immigration or personal matters, and understanding of insurance processes
