Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will lead end‑to‑end internal audits across the organization, focusing on risk assessment, operational efficiency, financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that audit activities align with Nishat Chunian Limited’s strategic objectives and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee internal audits covering financial records, processes and internal controls.
• Develop and implement an annual audit plan that supports organizational goals.
• Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies, propose corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
• Collaborate with management, heads of departments and external auditors to resolve findings and strengthen controls.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7–8 years of relevant audit experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven expertise in audit planning, governance, compliance, internal controls and risk management.
