Internal Auditor Manager

About the role

Kasib Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd is looking for an Internal Auditor to assess financial, operational and compliance activities and help strengthen internal controls across the business. The role identifies risks, checks adherence to company policies and applicable regulations, and supports management in improving business processes. The position is based in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits in line with the approved audit plan.
• Review financial records, operational procedures and internal controls to identify risks, weaknesses and compliance issues.
• Assess compliance with company policies, laws, regulations and relevant auditing standards.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings and practical recommendations.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and monitor timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Support fraud investigations and risk assessments when required.
• Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and working papers.
• Communicate audit results to management and stakeholders and provide information to external auditors.

Required profile

• Experience conducting internal audits, including planning and documenting audit work.
• Ability to review financial records, operational processes and internal controls.
• Knowledge of auditing standards, risk management frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in assessing business processes.
• Clear communication and collaboration with management, stakeholders and external auditors.
