International Sales & Customer Service Agent – US Campaign

About the role

Join Emenac as an International Sales and Customer Service Agent focused on a US campaign. Based in Lahore, you will help drive new business and support clients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients via cold calling, email outreach and networking platforms.
• Research prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Build and nurture relationships to convert leads into sales.
• Present Emenac’s products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer support teams.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments to spot new opportunities.
• Provide regular sales activity reports to management.
• Participate in training programs and represent the company at events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with CRM software.
