International Sales Representative – Night Shift

About the role

Techsol IT is seeking energetic International Sales Representatives to join its night‑shift team. You will work from 12:00 AM onward, contacting potential clients in overseas markets and promoting the company’s IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in international markets.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch and generate interest in IT solutions.
• Qualify leads against company criteria before hand‑over to the sales team.
• Maintain high call volumes while achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Record customer information and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• At least 6 months experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion and punctuality – strict adherence to night‑shift timings.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, ability to handle rejection and work as a team player.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).

What we offer

• Base salary of 95,000 PKR per month plus commission.
• Average total take‑home between 120,000 PKR and 140,000 PKR.
