IT Integration Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Integration Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead large‑scale IT integration and business transformation initiatives. You will operate in a dynamic global environment, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired companies' IT systems into our global infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver large IT projects across multiple business units, meeting scope, budget, and timeline targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Security, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) and external stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and internal security protocols.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors, managing contracts, SLAs, and deliverables.
• Facilitate change management, including end‑user training, communication, and adoption of new systems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of IT project management experience with a track record of delivering large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey technical details to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
