About the role
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician/Laptop Specialist to join our team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, as well as handling buying and selling activities for both new and used devices.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops.
- Inspect, test, and perform basic repairs to ensure proper performance.
- Install, configure, reinstall, and update Windows operating systems.
- Install and update software, drivers, and applications.
- Perform data backup and system optimization when required.
- Buy, evaluate, and sell used and new laptops, determining market value.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of laptop hardware and software.
- Experience with Windows installation and software setup.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Familiarity with laptop specifications and market pricing.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Previous experience in IT support or laptop repair is preferred.
