Jr. Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Performance Marketing Associate to support the execution and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. Working closely with the performance marketing team, you will gain hands‑on experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other ad platforms in an agency setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and additional platforms.
• Update audiences, monitor budgets, coordinate ad assets and perform routine optimization.
• Maintain accurate reports, trackers, dashboards and campaign sheets.
• Monitor performance and help prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with design, content and account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Conduct QA checks for ads, landing pages, UTM parameters and reporting data.
• Perform basic market, competitor, keyword and audience research.
• Support internal project trackers, timelines and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising, social media marketing and campaign workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tracking.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced agency environment.
