Junior Business Analyst – Associate Role

About the role

Giant Group is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to support its business transformation initiatives. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop core business analysis skills while contributing to technology and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders through workshops and interviews to capture business needs and translate them into clear specifications.
• Analyse current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies, and produce as‑is/to‑be process maps and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering and delivery teams to co‑design solutions that meet business and technical goals.
• Design and execute UAT plans, coordinate defect resolution, and support go‑live activities and end‑user training.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, flag risks, and manage scope changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support change‑management activities, including impact assessments and readiness planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Business Analysis or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, internship or similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
