About the role
Our client Recruit AI is seeking a motivated Trainee DevOps Engineer to join its team in Lahore. This entry‑level position is aimed at recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who want to build a solid foundation in DevOps, cloud services and infrastructure automation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior DevOps engineers in supporting development and operations teams.
- Collaborate with software developers to deploy, release and manage application updates.
- Monitor system health and application performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot configuration problems in systems and applications.
- Participate in automating infrastructure provisioning, deployment and monitoring.
- Maintain version‑control repositories and help integrate code changes.
- Support containerized environments and cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
- Document processes, configurations and technical incidents for team knowledge sharing.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or individual with limited professional experience.
- Eager to learn DevOps principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
Required skills
- AWS cloud platform.
- Containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
- Automation and scripting experience.
- Version‑control systems (e.g., Git).
