Junior HR Business Partner – Talent & Industrial Relations

About the role

We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support talent management and industrial relations functions at our Jhelum manufacturing site. You will partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and help build a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, learning & development, workforce planning and employee relations.
• Coordinate employee engagement and organisational health surveys, track action plans and follow‑up.
• Partner with business leaders to embed HR initiatives that strengthen organisational capability.
• Assist the Industrial Relations Manager with IR strategy, grievance handling and labour law compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee data in SuccessFactors, generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
• Support talent reviews, internal transfers and development programmes in collaboration with regional HR teams.
• Contribute to HR budgeting and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in HRBP, talent management or industrial relations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven and able to work independently while collaborating effectively.
• Willingness to relocate to Jhelum.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SuccessFactors or other ERP systems for HR data management and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
