Key Account Manager – Telecom & ICT Solutions

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth of its telecom and ICT solutions portfolio in Karachi. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customers through personal contacts, referrals, and cold calling.
• Maintain strict adherence to reporting mechanisms and submit monthly commitment numbers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Manage sales operations and actively use online sales and opportunity management systems.
• Provide market feedback and analysis to guide product strategy.
• Formulate and execute sales plans tailored to corporate clients.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing from a reputable HEC‑recognized university.
• 3 to 5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in ICT, telecom, or corporate SMS solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute customized sales plans.
• Established corporate connections, especially within financial institutions or banks.
• Team player capable of building strong internal and external relationships.

Required skills

• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of corporate SMS solutions.
• Experience with online sales and opportunity management systems.
