Lead Business Analyst (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

The Lead Business Analyst will work remotely with US‑based clients, driving requirements gathering, documentation, and delivery for SaaS and workforce management products. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and prototype solutions while mentoring junior analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and meetings with US clients to gather and document business requirements, including BRDs, user stories, personas, and journey maps.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines, and with Lead Designer on user flows and wireframes.
• Manage scope changes, prepare meeting minutes, and perform User Acceptance Testing before release.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Design) to speed up documentation, data analysis, and rapid prototyping.
• Mentor and eventually lead junior Business Analysts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst in a software company.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Proven experience working directly with US or international clients.
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and openness to feedback.
