Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

VIDIZMO is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support US‑focused sales efforts. You will research target companies, run outreach campaigns, qualify warm leads, and keep the CRM up‑to‑date while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build target lists of US companies, agencies and decision‑makers.
• Run LinkedIn outreach and email sequences using Sales Navigator, Apollo and HubSpot.
• Call warm leads to qualify interest, book meetings and demos, spending at least two hours daily in live conversations.
• Log all activities in HubSpot the same day and report weekly on leads, conversations and meetings booked.
• Register partner opportunities promptly and pass qualified leads to the account team with clear summaries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound outreach or inside sales for US or UK clients.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and writing, with outputs verified for accuracy.
