Lead – HR Formal Schools

About the role

The Lead – HR Formal Schools will shape and deliver the HR agenda for Formal Schools, partnering closely with the Senior Manager on strategic priorities. This role leads projects across workforce planning, organisation design, teacher excellence, succession, and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams to evolve the Regional HR structure, define role expectations, and develop governance frameworks.
• Support teacher hiring, onboarding, and compensation processes, including improving interview methods and designing reward programs.
• Contribute to succession planning, career pathways, and school‑level leadership pipelines.
• Assist with organisation design, workforce planning, and analyse compensation implications of structural changes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in business partnering, talent management, organisational development, or education‑sector HR.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
