Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will design, coordinate and deliver learning initiatives that boost employee capability and performance. The role focuses on new‑hire behavioral training, learning needs analysis, content creation and LMS management, fostering a continuous learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate behavioral and soft‑skills training programs for new hires.
• Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with department heads and business leaders.
• Develop annual and quarterly learning calendars aligned with organisational goals.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, certifications and learning events.
• Manage the Learning Center and administer the Moodle LMS, including course assignments, tracking, reporting and learner engagement.
• Create e‑learning content such as videos, assessments and learning paths.
• Design training materials, facilitator guides, presentations, manuals and SOPs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Partner with leaders to identify competency gaps and recommend development interventions.
• Support leadership development, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Maintain training records, dashboards, compliance reports and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, corporate training or organizational development.
• Proven experience delivering behavioral and soft‑skills training.
• Hands‑on experience with Moodle LMS or other enterprise LMS.
• Experience in instructional design, e‑learning content creation and video‑based learning.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

• Competitive budget of 200 K–250 K plus additional benefits.
• Shift schedule: 6 PM – 3 AM, Monday‑Friday with alternate Saturdays.
